Hire the whole pool at Fosse Way Radstock exclusively for your family and friends, with up to 30 swimmers enjoying 60 minutes of fun in the water, plus a fantastic selection of floats and toys. It’s perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply getting everyone together for an unforgettable swim.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your party.

Who can attend
Our pool parties welcome up to 30 children aged 2 to 15 years. To keep everyone safe, the following adult supervision ratios apply:
- Children aged 4 and under: 1 adult per 2 children
- Children aged 5–7 years: 1 adult per 3 children
- Children aged 8 and over: must be able to swim at least 25 metres unaided, or wear an approved buoyancy aid
Please make sure you bring enough supervising adults to meet these ratios.

2-Hour Mermaid Party (Pool & Hall) — £240
Includes the 1-hour Mermaid Pool Party plus 1 hour of exclusive hall hire for food, cake and presents. Additional swimmers £30 each.

For an extra £65, Mermaid Marina can join your party to welcome your guests, help everyone with their mermaid sparkle, join the swim and pose for photos, subject to availability.
Swimming requirements
To wear a monofin or mermaid tail, swimmers must be 6 years or older, confident swimming independently, and complete a short swim assessment with the instructor beforehand. Children under 6, or those who aren’t yet confident swimmers, are welcome to join in the water with an adult but won’t wear a monofin or tail. Adult tails are also available, with the same swim assessment required.

Every celebration is different, so here’s a quick guide: the Toys & Floats Party suits larger groups (up to 30) with free play using toys and floats, open to ages 2–15.
The Mermaid & Monofin Party suits smaller groups (up to 6, with extra swimmers welcome) wanting a themed, instructor-led experience. Our Mermaid Swim Parties are best suited to confident swimmers aged 6 and over for the full mermaid-tail experience, though younger siblings can join in the water with an adult.

Mighty Splash offers exclusive pool party hire at Fosse Way School, Radstock, with two party styles available: our classic Toys & Floats Party and our themed Mermaid & Monofin Party.
Our Toys & Floats Party costs £172 without the party hall, or £220 with 40 minutes of hall hire included. Our Mermaid Party packages start at £175 for a 1-hour pool-only party, or £240 for a 2-hour party including hall hire.
Our Toys & Floats Party welcomes children aged 2 to 15 years. Our Mermaid & Monofin Party is open to all ages, though swimmers must be 6 or older to wear a monofin or mermaid tail. Younger children can still join in the water with an adult.

Yes — for an additional £65, Mermaid Marina can join your Mermaid Party to welcome your guests, add mermaid sparkle, join the swim and pose for photos, subject to availability.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your party. Deposits and final balances are non-refundable once paid. If you need to change your date, we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability and at least 28 days’ notice.
Yes. Parents and supervising adults are welcome to get in the water and join the fun. Our adult supervision ratios must be followed for younger children, and all swimmers must follow our pool safety rules.
Please bring swimwear, a towel and any goggles your child would like to wear. For Mermaid & Monofin Parties, all specialist equipment is provided, so there’s no need to bring your own mermaid tail.
Yes. If you’ve booked the party hall, you’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks and birthday cake to enjoy after your swim. Please leave the hall clean and tidy when you leave.
Yes. Free parking is available at Fosse Way School, making it easy for your guests to arrive and enjoy the party.
Yes. Siblings and family members are welcome to join the swim, provided your booking stays within the maximum numbers for your chosen package. Adults supervising children in the water are included as part of the required supervision ratios.
Non-swimmers are welcome at our Toys & Floats Parties, provided the required adult supervision ratios are met. For Mermaid & Monofin Parties, children who aren’t yet confident swimmers can still enjoy the party in the water with an adult, but they won’t wear a monofin or mermaid tail until they meet the swimming requirements.
