General questions
No — we’re not closing! From 1st July 2025, Dive into Swimming will simply be operating under a new name: Mighty Splash Swim School. The team, location, and lessons you love are staying the same, with some great new features added.
We’re growing and evolving! The new name reflects a bigger vision, brings in new members of the team, and adds improvements behind the scenes to help make your experience even better.
No — our lessons will continue as planned, with the same teachers and at the same pool. The price will be the same. The big difference will be the changes in the way you book and pay for lessons from July onwards.
As Mighty Splash, we’ll run our lessons continuously, all through the year (except for two weeks off in December). This way we keep our swimmers moving, develop their skills, retain the consistency, and really focus on progress.
Booking & payment
Yes — all customers will need to rebook their lessons with Mighty Splash. We’re introducing a new booking system and running lessons all year round, so it’s important to get set up on the new platform.
The price per lesson remains the same, and we’re offering a £50 enrolment discount to help you get started.
What’s changing is how you pay: instead of paying termly or irregular amounts, you’ll now pay a consistent monthly direct debit. This monthly amount is calculated by dividing the cost of 50 weeks of lessons across 12 months, making things simple and predictable.
If we ever need to make any changes to our pricing, we’ll always give you clear notice in advance.

Instead of paying upfront fees for termly lessons, there’s one monthly payment and it’s the same amount each month. The price of your lessons remains the same, but Mighty Splash fees are pro-rated, so the cost is evenly spread throughout the year.
From 1st July, there won’t be any more termly payments. We are simplifying our system and switching everyone over to monthly direct debit payments — this means no more rebooking every term! Payments will be taken automatically each month.

Yes — but we can’t guarantee it will be there forever. All sessions are open for booking now, so please act quickly to ensure you have the place you want.
We’ve done our best to copy across the existing lessons to the new booking system. We expect most people will choose to swim at their normal day/time. Booking is open now for current Dive into Swimming families and all lessons are available on a first come, first served basis. If you have a specific slot you wish to swim in, please get your booking in as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

From 1st July, we officially become Mighty Splash Swim School — and that’s when all remaining lesson spaces will be published on our main website and online booking goes live to the public!

Technical & support
Our new Member Hub is an easy way to manage your account, add or amend your booking, and even send a message to your teacher! Check your child’s progress and tell us when you’re away — all online, in one place.

You’ll be able to see progress updates via your Member Hub, including digital certificates and milestones. No more wondering what stage they’re at!

When you rebook through the Mighty Splash website, you’ll pay nothing for your first lesson and a voucher code for £50 off when you confirm your booking. Once you’ve had your free trial and confirm you are booking with us, the £50 voucher will be automatically applied to your booking. One per swimmer.

Private lessons
Yes — private lessons will continue in their current format for the first six weeks after we transition to Mighty Splash on 1st July. This provides continuity and gives families time to consider upcoming changes.
From mid-August, we will be offering 1:1 private lessons only. Shared private sessions (1:2 and 1:3) will no longer be available after that point. If you’re currently in a shared format, you are welcome to continue as usual until mid-August — and you’re invited to request a 1:1 slot from that date if you’d like to continue with private tuition.
Yes — from mid-August, the cost of private lessons will increase from £25 to £36 per session.
Private lessons, as they currently run, are not financially sustainable. At £25 per session, they do not cover the full cost of opening, staffing, and running the pool — especially when scheduled independently of group sessions. This price increase reflects the true cost of delivering high-quality, one-to-one tuition.
We’ve had to make significant sacrifices to the wider swim programme in order to keep private lessons running at their current rate. This has created an imbalance that we can no longer sustain if we want to continue delivering a high-quality service to all swimmers.
Yes — we plan to continue offering private lessons, but they will now be delivered as 1:1 sessions only. These will be carefully balanced alongside other pool activities to make the best use of time and space while supporting as many swimmers as possible.
